Special photos convey a message and touch the viewer. My philosophy: a photo session should be fun and offer space for creative moments. Take a look at the portfolio to get an insight into my personal photography style. At the centre of my portrait photos is the harmonious combination of people and their environment. That's why I work without a photo studio and shoot my photos on natural sites such as parks, lakes, castles or at my client's home.
In my spare time I often stand with a tripod and some accessories in nature to capture unique landscapes all over the world. Since 2017 I work as a freelancer photographer for booking.com, one of the world's largest online hotel booking portals.

1. PROFESSIONAL
EQUIPMENT
Two full-frame cameras, various high-quality lenses, filters, memory cards and two tripods lay the foundation for a successful photo shoot. I rely on the world market leader Canon for my equipment. The equipment gets regularly extended and maintained.
2. TRANSPARENT CONDITIONS
I have designed my conditions and prices to be as transparent and understandable as possible. No payment will be made without a proper invoice. In addition, you will receive the full private usage and publication rights for digital prints and no photos will be used without your agreement, e.g. on my homepage.
3. FREE CHOICE OF PHOTO LOCATION
You can freely choose the location of the photo shooting. NRW offers many great locations, for example the banks of the Rhine river for a couples shoot or the Düsseldorf Media Harbour for a family photo shoot. If the situation requires it, I can even climb obstacles to catch the right perspective.
4. PHOTOALBUM
For the most beautiful memories I offer individually designed and printed on high-quality photo paper albums. Because even in the digital age it is still a very special feeling to hold printed photos in your hands.
5. IMAGE OPTIMIZATION
Not every photo can come out of camera perfectly. That's why I fine-tune the pictures before they go to the customer. For example, the right exposure is chosen, skin irritations are removed and skin tones are optimized, especially for baby photos and portraits.
6. VOUCHER
Give a photo shoot of your choice to someone close to your heart. For this you get the voucher of Esser-Fotografie. Upon request, the voucher will be sent directly to the recipient by post. All details are available on request.
